Our Studios
Our Studios are clean and modern.
They feature kitchenettes with full sized fridges and plenty of cupboard and drawers. You will be able to create wholesome meals for yourself. Our kitchenettes have a 2 burner hot plate with a rangehood and a convection microwave which can be used just like a normal oven as well as a microwave.
Each studio comes with a quality Sapphire Design Queen, Double or King single, Base and Mattress, with Mattress protector. and mattress protector.
The ensuites feature full size showers, a vanity with cupboards under and a toilet. Each ensuite also comes with an IXL tastic fan/light/heat combination light fitting.
The studios at Beresfield have the Agency, Affordable Homes Real Estate, out the front next to our laundromat. We have an On Site Manager 24 hours a day to help you.
The site is monitored by 10 Security Cameras so you know you are always safe, day or night.
We are located two doors from Woolworths shopping center, 320 metres to the Beresfield train station and 50 metres to the Bus stop.
With a 10:30 pm Noise Curfew you will only hear your own music, while you study and get great results on your exams or much needed sleep for work. There is Crim-Safe screens on all windows.
