HOW DO I APPLY?

Everyone who wants to apply needs to fill in application form.  You can download an application form here

After you have filled in your application form you need to email it to us.

If you can't email the form then that's ok, you can drop it off personally at the office located at 24 Lawson Avenue Beresfield NSW 2320.  The door to the office is around the back of the building.  If the caretaker is not in the office at the time you arrive please call the number on the door and introduce yourself and wait for them to come and serve you.

HOW MUCH IS IT TO GET STARTED?

There are fees that must be paid upfront before you move in.  These fees help us to keep the studios clean and pest free.  There are 3 non-refundable fees to pay before you move in. These are

1) A Common Area Cleaning Fee

2) A Pest Control Fee

3) A Mattress Protector Fee

As well as these fees there is also a 'bond' to pay.  Since we are New Generation Boarding House it's a little bit different to a regular rental.  Our 'bond' is called a 'Security Deposit Fee' and it does not get lodged with the Bond Board, it is held by the owner.  It is 2 weeks of rent which is held as security in case something goes wrong in your studio or with your tenancy.  If your studio is left clean and undamaged when you move out this fee is fully refundable to you.

You must also pay 2 weeks rent in advance before you move in, this is so you don't move in and are in arrears right away.  You must stay 2 weeks rent in advance at all times.

CAN I HAVE A PET?

Unfortunately no, due to the nature of the studios they were not designed for pets.
