Your apartment also comes with its own digital TV antenna connected as well as a hard-wired internet connection.  You will be given 4 laundry tokens per week (for singles, 8 for couples) to use in the washing machine and dryer that is located in your block.  If these are in use you are able to use our laundromat which is located on-site.

Common areas in all blocks are also equipped with a common lounge room with large TV with access to Foxtel's full range of 92 channels and with tea and coffee making facilities, a laundry room, outdoor courtyard and clotheslines.  All four blocks come with free fast speed WiFi connection.

The apartments are located in a superb location in Beresfield and are within easy walking distance to essential amenities. Public transport is just 50m from your door, the train station is also only a short 320m walk away.  There is a Library, Woolworth's supermarket 2 doors down, a Chemist, a Butcher on the next block and a Doctors surgery next door. The new Maitland Hospital and Greenhills Shopping complex are only a short 10 minute drive away.  Newcastle University Callaghan Campus is only a 15 minutes drive or train ride away.  Our own Laundromat is on site located beside our Office.
